Attention: any violation of terms and conditions will result in cancellation of bookings and no refund will be given. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

MPKL X Mini Potong Royong™ is subsidized by SPCA Selangor and MPKL
The charges for each neuter/spay will be as follows:

Cat – Female/Male : RM50 (subsidised price)
Dog – Female/Male : RM100 (subsidised price)

Each account is limited to maximum booking of 5 (five) cats AND/OR 3 (three) dogs.
ONLY LOCAL BREEDS are eligible for this program, pure-breeds/pedigrees/mix of pedigrees ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rejections due to breed status are not disputable and will not get a refund. Should you have any doubts about the eligibility of your animals, please send a Whatsapp message to 011-3727 2425 for clarification.
On the day of the appointment, caretakers must check in according to the time slot chosen. If owners fail to show up according to the chosen slot, no rescheduling and no refund will be provided.
Dog’s licensing is encouraged.
We accept animals that are not vaccinated, as long as they are in good health.
Caretaker must agree to the preparation needed for spay/neuter.
Organisers reserve full right to reject cases if procedures are not adhered to. Any booking in violation of terms & conditions will be considered client's negligence and no appeal will be entertained.
Refund policy: All refund will be deducted 5% for payment gateway fees - only cancellation 48 hours before first event date will be given refund, no refund will be given past 48 hours before first event date. Please cancel your appointment on QMed and Whatsapp to 011-3727 2425 to request for refund.

MPKL X Mini Potong Royong™ adalah disubsidi oleh SPCA Selangor dan MPKL
Caj pemandulan bagi setiap haiwan adalah seperti berikut:
- Kucing – Betina/Jantan: RM50 (harga subsidi)
- Anjing – Betina/Jantan: RM100 (harga subsidi)
Setiap akaun hanya dibenarkan membuat tempahan untuk maksimum 5 (lima) ekor kucing DAN/ATAU 3 (tiga) ekor anjing.
HANYA HAIWAN BAKA TEMPATAN dibenarkan untuk program ini. Haiwan baka tulen/pedigree atau campuran baka tulen adalah TIDAK DIBENARKAN. Penolakan disebabkan status baka adalah muktamad, tiada pemulangan wang akan diberi. Sekiranya anda ragu-ragu tentang kelayakan haiwan anda, sila hubungi 011-3727 2425 melalui Whatsapp untuk pengesahan.
Pada hari temujanji, penjaga mesti hadir dan daftar masuk mengikut slot masa & tarikh yang dipilih. Jika gagal hadir mengikut slot yang dipilih, tiada penjadualan semula dan tiada pemulangan wang akan diberikan.
Lesen anjing adalah digalakkan.
Kami menerima haiwan yang belum divaksin, dengan syarat haiwan berada dalam keadaan sihat.
Penjaga mesti bersetuju dengan semua persiapan yang diperlukan untuk proses pemandulan.
Pihak penganjur berhak sepenuhnya untuk menolak mana-mana kes sekiranya prosedur yang ditetapkan tidak dipatuhi. Sebarang penempahan yang melanggar terma & syarat akan dikira sebagai kecuaian pelanggan dan tiada rayuan akan dilayan.
Polisi Bayaran Balik: Semua bayaran balik akan ditolak 5% untuk fee pembayaran gateway - bayaran balik hanya dibenarkan untuk pembatalan booking 48 jam sebelum hari pertama projek, tiada pembayaran balik untuk pembatalan lepas 48 jam sebelum hari pertama projek. Untuk bayaran balik, sila batalkan booking anda di QMed dan Whatsapp ke 011-3727 2425 to memohon untuk pembayaran balik.

Mini Potong Royong™ X MBSA is subsidized by SPCA Selangor and Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Langat, slots are limited to residence under MBSA address only. Please ensure to book the correct slot as you will be rejected with no refund or reschedule if you are not a resident under MPKL address.

Sila pastikan slot yang ditempah adalah betul, sekiranya pemilik bukan penduduk MPKL, anda akan ditolak tanpa bayaran balik atau penjadualan balik.
