*Sampel darah/air kencing (Hepatitis/HIV/ujian dadah) akan dihantar ke Hospital yang
berhampiran. Keputusan ujian akan mengambil masa sekurang-kurangnya 3 minggu
* Sila lakukan saringan ‘Mantoux’ di klinik yang menyediakan perkhidmatan tersebut sekurang-kurangnya 3 hari sebelum tarikh temujanji anda di Klinik Kesihatan Ampangan

*Test results will take at least 3 weeks to be ready

Klien digalakkan untuk:
1-Elakkan dari menggunakan sebarang produk pencuci vagina (vaginal douching) atau memasukkan ubat (suppositories) ke dalam vagina dalam masa 24jam sebelum prosedur
2-Elakkan melakukan hubungan seks dalam masa 24jam sebelum prosedur
3-Lakukan tempahan tarikh temujanji pap smear pada hari ke-10 selepas hari pertama haid
Bagi KES KECEMASAN DAN PESAKIT BERGEJALA (Demam, selesema, batuk dan sesak nafas), anda dikehendaki mendapatkan rawatan segera di Klinik yang berhampiran tanpa menempah slot temujanji ini.
Pelanggan perlu hadir ke klinik 30 minit lebih awal sebelum waktu temujanji
Pelanggan yang tidak mengikuti waktu temujanji tidak akan diberikan slot baharu dan perlu menempah slot pada hari yang berikutnya.
